Microsoft Flight Simulator with all its globe-spanning detail is 127 GB. Other comparison points, Final Fantasy XV at 110 GB, Quantum Break at 178 GB but it had many full video scenes with real actors. I think Red Dead Online came up with the stuff for it, but it wasn’t a separate map. I think the only single player game with nothing else attached to it that comes close might be something like Red Dead Redemption 2 on 120GB.
